The Ice Follies of 1939

Larry and Eddie’s successful ice skating act is broken up when Larry falls for aspiring actress - and subpar skater - Mary, and insists upon including her in their routines. With both of their careers on the skids, the couple elope and Mary soon lands a Hollywood contract. Finding himself relegated to the role of househusband and losing sight of his dream to produce an extravagant ice show, Larry moves to New York to reunite with Eddie and seek more work.
