Bullet Catchers offers an intimate view of the art of protection in the modern world. The program follows Jerry Judge, security bodyguard to the film elite as he manages Julia Roberts’ charity screening of Notting Hill, and Sean Connery’s world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.

From there it’s on to Britain’s Royal Protection Service, the most respected in the world, where Bullet Catchers speaks to the Princess of Wales’ former protection officer. Then it’s on to the world’s largest security detail, the U.S Secret Service, where we meet the man credited with saving President Reagan’s life following an assassination attempt.

Finally, we turn to Hollywood – home to the stars and their celebrity stalkers. Madonna’s head bodyguard reveals his dealings with the singer’s many stalkers and the work he now does, to prevent them achieving their goals.
