The Weaker Sex

It is 1944 and Martha Dacre is a typical suburban housewife trying to keep her family together during wartime. Her strength is tested most when news comes that the ship which carried her sons-in-law has sunk. She must keep the spirits of her anxious daughters up as they wait for any news.
