Lord Babs
In this knockabout comedy musical set on board a ship, recently titled Lord Drayford (Bobby Howes) finds himself engaged to the daughter of a pork-pie magnate and feigns regression to babyhood to avoid marriage. This somewhat dubious ploy leads to all kinds of high jinks led by Howes, but the film's comedy honours go to Alfred Drayton as the nouveau riche pork butcher.
