Description
Chaplin plays two characters in his first full talkie. Adenoid Hynkel, the dictator of Tomania, and a Jewish Barber. The Barber recovers from amnesia to discover Hynkel is persecuting all the Jews in his country. The film ends with a message of hope for the world.- Genre:
